Caribbean Christmas Dinner

Christmas Dinner Close UpWe’ve been in the kitchen and Mrs M has cooked up some Jamaican favourites and some dishes using her lovely sauces. They’re all easy to make, use fresh ingredients and are quick too.

You might not decide to replace a traditional British Christmas dinner on Christmas Day with these recipes but they’re well worth trying over the festive period, especially if you’ve guests coming along as they can be prepped in advance and are perfect to make for larger groups of people.

We’ve got; Jerk roast chicken, lamb curry and some delightful accompaniments with homemade coleslaw, fried plantain and gungo beans and rice.
