Caribbean Curry Sauce
My curry spice blend is combined with coconut milk, onions, peppers and garlic – a fusion of Caribbean and Indian flavours. Great with goat but also delicious with lamb, chicken or vegetables! For a quick and easy meal why not serve with roti or chappatis.
Coconut milk (29%), water, onion (15%), red pepper (7%), curry powder (coriander, turmeric, cumin, spices), sunflower oil, sugar, vegetable bouillon powder (hydrolysed vegetable protein, potato starch, palm oil, vegetables (including celery), maize starch, parsley, lovage), garlic puree (1.5%), lemon juice concentrate (sulphites), ginger puree, coriander, thyme, spices, salt, scotch bonnet pepper puree.
