Caribbean Brown Stew

Jamaica was colonised by England and brown stew is a classic British influenced dish. My rich and spicy stew is great with beef, lamb or chicken – perfect for slow cooking and serving with sweet potato mash.

INGREDIENTS
Tomatoes (35%), water, onion, red pepper (8%), sunflower oil, tomato puree, soy sauce (wheat, gluten, soy), sugar, vegetable bouillon powder (hydrolysed vegetable protein, potato starch, palm oil, vegetables (including celery), maize starch, parsley, lovage), thyme (1.3%), garlic puree, spices, lemon juice concentrate (sulphites), ginger puree, colour: caramel, salt, scotch bonnet pepper puree.
